Wir setzen die Implantate unter die Brustdr\u00fcse oder unter den Brustmuskel, um den Brustvergr\u00f6\u00dferungsprozess fortzusetzen. Er hilft uns dabei, unseren Arm nach oben zu heben. Dieser Muskel ist eine dicke und starke Gewebeschicht, die bei Bedarf eine perfekte F\u00fcllung auf den Brustimplantaten bietet und bei der Rekonstruktion der Brust nach einer Mastektomie immer verwendet wird. Bei der Brustvergr\u00f6\u00dferung bevorzugen wir die Platzierung des Implantats \u00fcber dem Muskel, wenn die Dicke des weichen Gewebes oberhalb der Brust ausreicht, um den oberen Rand und die Falten des Brustimplantats zu verbergen. Bei Frauen, insbesondere wenn das Brustgewebe im oberen Brustbereich und Dekollet\u00e9bereich unzureichend ist, besteht ein h\u00f6heres Risiko, dass der obere Rand des Brustimplantats sichtbar wird. Auff\u00e4llige Schwankungen im Dekollet\u00e9bereich sind ein deutliches Zeichen f\u00fcr eine Brust mit Implantaten. Um zu verhindern, dass der obere Rand des Implantats sichtbar wird, ist es in der Regel w\u00fcnschenswert, die Implantate so gut wie m\u00f6glich mit weichem Gewebe zu bedecken. Es kann erforderlich sein, einen elastischen BH zu tragen. F\u00fcr einige Tage kann es in jeder Brust eine kleine Drainage geben, um Blut und Fl\u00fcssigkeit abzulassen.
