Diese Patienten, bei denen keine anderen Probleme vorliegen, sind oft M\u00e4nner mit \u00dcbergewicht, ungesundem Lebensstil und Tendenz zur Inaktivit\u00e4t. Es ist nicht \u00fcberraschend, dass diese Patienten nach der <em>Gyn\u00e4komastie<\/em> -Operation anfangen, Sport zu treiben, Gewicht zu verlieren und fit zu werden. Dies liegt daran, dass<em> Gyn\u00e4komastische<\/em>Personen oft wegen des entwickelten Brustaussehens verlegen waren und sich scheuten, an Sportaktivit\u00e4ten teilzunehmen. Anstatt mit Gleichaltrigen abzuh\u00e4ngen, spielen sie m\u00f6glicherweise mehr Computerspiele zu Hause.
